5 Management

The management is done according to the following points specified in EIA, 2008. The monitoring programme is based on parcels. In addition to that the big companies are required to use certification systems, for example ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, not because of legislation but as a matter of marketing procedures. Some prestigious certifications are mentioned in Table 7.
